NAPLES, Fla. (Jan. 17, 2023) ─ On January 10th, London Bay Development Group hosted an exclusive event to celebrate the official opening of its sales gallery for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay – a two-tower architectural masterpiece set on nearly a mile of waterfront in Southwest Florida. The highly anticipated event marked a significant milestone for the property to allow future homebuyers, for the first time, the opportunity to experience the unparalleled lifestyle by the legendary Ritz-Carlton brand in a truly immersive setting.
More than 150 VIPs, community leaders and brand partners gathered at the state-of-the-art space at 5000 Coconut Road in Bonita Springs for the ceremony. London Bay President and CEO Mark Wilson was joined by Director of Sales George Mato and Douglas Elliman Florida CEO Jay Parker in welcoming attendees. Special guests included Marriott International Interior Design Manager Margaret Crimmins; Meyer Davis Associate Principal Nancy Santorelli; Lee County Commissioner Cecil Pendergrass; Bonita Springs councilwomen Jamie Bogacz and Laura Carr; Josh Goergen of SWFL Inc. Chamber of Commerce, and Bonita Springs Downtown Alliance President Trish Leonard.
Guests were greeted by butler-passed Champagne and cool towelettes, representative of the exemplary service that awaits at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay. As the sun set, a live jazz trio set the mood while guests enjoyed a menu of custom canapes and small plates curated to capture the essence of the locale. A wine and whisky tasting in the model kitchen invited curious imbibing, serving as a nod to the property’s future Wine & Whiskey Room that will welcome socialization and cocktails with friends.
“This event marked a significant milestone for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay, bringing to life this spectacular property and celebrating it with our community,” said Mark Wilson. “Southwest Florida has always enjoyed incredible demand for luxury waterfront residences, and this development surpasses expectations, with its unrivaled location within the Saltleaf community, magnificent waterfront views, iconic Ritz-Carlton service, and globally acclaimed design team. We are delighted to officially welcome future homeowners into our sales gallery, where they can truly envision the lifestyle that lies ahead.”
London Bay invested more than $5 million into creating the artful standalone sales gallery to captivate every essence of the brand – from the exquisite design details to its unbounded amenities. The result is the most impressive sales center of any residential offering in the market, with interiors by New York-based design studio Meyer Davis, architecture by Arquitectonica, and landscape design by EDSA -- the award-winning team behind the entire project.
Leaving nothing to the imagination, the awe-inspiring sales gallery reveals a 3D scale model of the 30-acre property that will be home to The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay. A full-size residence kitchen, wet bar with wine storage, master bathroom, and master closet with custom millwork features all finishes and appliances to deepen the experience. Igniting the senses, virtual reality transports visitors throughout simulated amenity areas, residence interiors, and Estero Bay aquatic preserve views. There is also a technology-driven conference room, presentation areas, and an on-site selection studio.
Interiors emulate a laid-back elegance. Light wood millwork brings warmth, while exquisite luxury fabrics and materials blend to exude the pinnacle of elevated living. There are even opportunities to touch materials that will adorn the residences and shared spaces. The exterior features undulating aluminum baffles that imitate the curves of the towers, with stone portals on the façade that reflect every bespoke detail. Lush landscaping envelopes the sales gallery, honoring the awe-inspiring beauty of the locale.
